I still can't believe Stephen was taken from us so soon! Nobody will ever know god's plan and why he needed Stephen at this time. You were a good guy, a crazy one for sure lol. Please look over Regina and Jacob, help them cope and understand you may not be physically here but your spirit will live on forever. Watch over your little ones as they grow and hope they know how much their daddy loved them. You were definitely taken TOO SOON, it's hard to understand why, sometimes it's not for us to understand. Just know God has a plan for all of us and he needed a warrior like Stephen by his side. I know your giving god a run for his money up there and we will all see you again one day brotha!! Send peace to those who are greiving and help them understand your are still here in our hearts! You may be gone but you will never be forgotten homie! Much love from my family to yours! Love u man!!

After I read about Stephen's recent death after just 31 way too short years of precious life, I wanted to express my feelings of sympathy for the Champion family and friends. I know Stephen has left you with many precious memories and will be greatly missed. When our loved ones fall asleep in death, the pain and grief seems unbearable. Our loving God, Jehovah (Psalm 83:18), understands how we feel and he comforts us by means of his word the Bible. Psalm 34: 18 tells us: "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief because he cares for you very much. 1 Peter 5:7 Most of us have seen this enemy death claim the lives of people dear to us. But Jehovah God promises to destroy this enemy, death, once and for all. Rev. 21: 4; tells us: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." (Isaiah 25: 8, 1 Corinthians 15: 26) Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it." For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises including the resurrection. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection (John 5: 28, John 6: 40, John 11:23-25) I offer my sincere condolences to the family. Feel free to contact me at my email address: email@example.com I pray you will find comfort reading the above scriptures in your personal Bible and to please watch this beautiful video (song 144) entitled "Keep Your Eyes on the Prize" https://tv.jw.org/#en/video/VODChildren/pub-pksn_24_VIDEO or watch this short, faith strengthening video: "Can The Dead Really Live Again?" https://vimeo.com/232445509
During this very difficult time you will be in my prayers.

Dear Regian, Scott, and family... I am so very sorry to learn of your loss of Stephen.
Fortunately, death is only a temporary part of life. Jesus promised us a wonderful resurrection of the dead (John 5:28,29/1 Thessalonians 4:13, 14), so we have the hope of being reunited with our deceased loved ones. In the meantime, even though the pain of loss through death may sometimes seem insurmountable, rest assured that God will give you the strength necessary to endure the coming months (Psalm 46:1).
Please accept my deepest sympathy and sincere condolences…. John
